Shipping costs

• Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 12.–
• Free delivery: for orders over CHF 100.–

Shipping outside of Switzerland is currently not offered.

Delivery times

• In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
• The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days.
• If there are any delays, you will be informed immediately.

Shipping partner

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post or a comparable logistics partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after shipment.

Return and refund

• You can return your order free of charge within 14 days .
• The condition is that the items are returned unworn, unused and in perfect condition (including original packaging, where possible).
• The return shipping costs will be covered by Lysette .
• After receipt and inspection of the return, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
