  2. Stick the return label on the package.
  3. Drop off your parcel at a post office, MyPost24 or a Swiss Post Pickup Point.
4. Can I return the items in a store?

No, since we are currently an online-only shop, returns are only possible by mail.

5. Are there any products that are excluded from return?

No, all items can be returned as long as they are unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
